School Holiday Camps - GROMMETS HOLIDAY SURFING
No books, no teachers, no class. It's just you, us and the beach. Does life get any better than this? Come out to our four-day camp and we'll show you the ropes, from bodyboarding to surfing to just looking damn good on a wave. And if you're already good in the surf, we'll make you even better. Yeah, yeah, we also teach safety and how the waves and rips work, but don't worry, there's no homework at our school. Just lots of waves, great times and good laughs.

Kids (grouped in age from 7-11 & 12-16) who want to get their surfing off to a quick start or take it to the next level

Lessons plus surfboard, wetsuit and rashvest rentals, as well as sunblock and surfing stickers & certificate on completion

Course instruction varies based on ability level. Novice surfers will learn the following:
Surf awareness & beach safety
Understanding waves and rips
Surfing and bodyboarding skills
Standing up
Paddling techniques
Catching waves
