COME TRY CLAY TARGET SHOOTING

The venue will be Cecil Park Clay Target Club, Elizabeth Drive CECIL PARK
Each participant needs to fill in a Declaration Form.
Those under 18 need to have their parent guardian sign it
and show the parent/guardians identification (drivers license etc.)
SESSION EXAMPLES
1 hour (e.g. 10am-11am) - 12 - 16 year olds - $80, Adults - $110.
09:45 Arrive, meet & greet, complete paper work (Declaration P650 FORM)
10:00 Basic shotgun safety briefing, shotgun handling and firing techniques & gun selection & fitting
10:10 Practical 1 on 1 instruction
10:20 Mini-competition
11:00 Finish & prize ceremony
2 hour (e.g. 1pm -3pm) - 12 - 16 year olds $120, Adults - $150
12:45 arrive, meet & greet, complete paper work (Declaration P650 FORM)
13:00 Basic shotgun safety briefing, shotgun handling and firing techniques & gun selection & fitting
13:10 Practical 1 on 1 instruction
13:20 Mini-competition
15:00 Finish & prize ceremony
GENERAL INFORMATION
Range and Targets: Targets will include skeet, DTL and sporting, shot from safety frames (singles, pairs). Targets will be set to cater for all ability levels. No limit on the amount of targets shot over the session.
Equipment supplied: hearing and eye protection, padded shooting jackets, ammunition, safety cages, use of firearms
Clothing: wear enclosed shoes (no heels, no thongs), hat, sunscreen, sunglasses or spectacles, we suggest wearing a shirt without a collar and women try not to wear a bra with any clips or metal on the front of the shoulder. Dress for the weather conditions - if it is cold rug up, if it is raining wear a raincoat.
Weather: We go ahead when it is raining, we only stop for electrical storms and hail. If it is raining there will be ponchos available.It is actually fun shooting in the rain for novices as you can usually see the shot travelling through the air.
Photography: Images of each shooter actually shooting and group photographs will be taken by staff. A DVD of images will be provided.
Licensing Requirements: all participants must be 12 years of age or older, all participants must meet the NSW Police requirement of being approved through a P650 declaration form (for unlicensed shooters) or be licensed clay target shooters.
Insurance: Public Liability insurance provided.
Prior to the event: Pay deposit.
